AFA will sponsor a public discussion titled
featuring a discussion between best-selling author Robert Spencer (The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam and the Crusades); Cliff May, President of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies and film maker David Zucker ( Airplane, The Naked Gun and the upcoming An American Carol). The public discussion will examine the historical parallels between current geopolitical crises and the events of the 1930s, and the extent to which Western governments are today appeasing restive minorities who do not evince an acceptance of democratic values. The event will take place in Ackerman
The event will take place in Ackerman Union on the UCLA Westwood campus in Los Angeles. 2nd Floor Room 2414, 308 Westwood Plaza Parking is available in Parking Structure 6 at the north end of Westwood Plaza.
Admission to the event is $20, students with valid IDs admitted FOR $5.00.
