About the AFA Center for The Investigation of the National Debt
The objective of the Center is to be a non-political provider of educational resources which explains in detail the true size and composition of the U.S. national debt. The Center is founded on the belief that the U.S. National debt represents a financial and economic crisis that threatens the viability and longevity of the United States of America. The Center's educational resources are designed to inform the public about the significant crisis which can only be solved by activated citizens posessing factual knowledge and education.
About the Book:
Web of Debt is now the definitive work on the world’s financial and banking system, the history of money and power in Western civilization and the dire prognosis for our economy and personal freedoms. As a result it is vastly superior to the The Creature from Jekyll Island , to compare it to another fine book on the subject, as well as completely up to date perspective on recent financial history and a deeply insightful analysis of our current debt crisis, why it was let out of control and who would benefit from its ultimate unwinding.
About the Author:
Ellen Brown is an attorney, founder of the Public Banking Institute, and author of twelve books including the best-selling Web of Debt. Her latest book, The Public Bank Solution, explores successful public banking models historically and globally. She has also written over 300 articles, posted on her blog at EllenBrown.com; and co-hosts a radio program on PRN.FM called "It's Our Money with Ellen Brown.
About the The Secrets of Oz:
This timely documentary explores monetary history in both ancient and more recent times, exposing the systematically flawed debt-money system to which the United States and most of the world is currently enslaved. Why should governments have to borrow money into existence from private banks (at interest) if government can simply create the money itself without debt or interest for the benefit of its citizens? The film not only identifies the problem but offers several solutions which can not only get us back on track but enable us to achieve unprecedented prosperity in a short amount of time.
